We are situated at Low Burton Hall Farm at Burton-on-Yore, a scant half-mile East of Masham on the A6108, nine miles North of Ripon and eight miles West of the A1 from the Sinderby junction on the B6267.

From the North we are seven miles South-west of Bedale on the B6268.
